Frustrated Weight Watcher finds great recipe

I found this recipe on someone's food blog (can't remember who) that was tired of making 2 or 3 different meals every night. It is extremely simple and when you read the ingredients it is quite delicious. I was hesitant to try it but said what the he!!.
Start our frying (use little Pam spray) chicken breasts cut in pieces till slightly brown. Next add a 14 oz. jar of salsa (I use Newman's medium)with some heat.
To this add one 12 oz. can of diet coke and mix well. Simmer approx. 25 min. until chicken is done. Top with juice of 1 lime. Serve over rice.
It really is very good, my family loves it. I have made it with bone in chicken parts, pork chops. and beef cubes. All good. Must use diet coke, regular will be too sweet. Great fast and easy dinner!
