They have a small boat that takes you to the island. No reason to swim there, if that's your question. It is nude.

Getting to the island is not a given, on our second trip we were there for seven days and the boat never went out, a coup;e from the UK had been there for two weeks and the boat went out once. If there is a minimal chop the water sports people sit in their shack and will not go out, very frustrating, more about laziness than safety

That is a good point. Plus there is no real beach there on the island. To me, because of those two factors, other nude resorts have better facilities.

We were there 31 May to 12 Jun and about the same time last year. They use a pontoon boat that holds about 8 people. Went out in quite high winds everyday. Also went over almost every evening for those couples that booked for dinner on the island. No problem man, Delan or Calmore will get you there.

The hotel has now built new dock and has a new pontoon boat. There are only a few very windy days when the boat does not operate now.

Now you have me thinking about moving to maybe the N resort.
Because if you are going for the nude beach and youcan't get there!

The ride to Ocho is about 1 1/2 hrs. (N Resort is 30 minutes) Beach at N is 2 miles of fantastic!

You really cannot compare the facilities at N vs. CTI. Food, Rooms, Staff all superior at CTI

I was pretty surprised actually at the latest Travel and Leisure ratings by readers, that listed several of the Couples resorts in the top 20 resorts in the Caribbean.

We have been to both N and Couples (San Souci in our case) and enjoyed both. Our take:

Couples is much nicer and the food is a little better then it is at N.

Service was very good at both.

N was better for nudists...nudity at Couples is limited to the AN beach/Island - otherwise they are textile resorts.

CSS cost about $100 per couple more per night.

As noted - N is much closer to the airport than either CTI or CSS. In my case, the shorter the trip, the more likely I would be to choose N.

If maximizing nude time and/or cost is important to you, then N will probably work better. Otherwise, Couples would be our choice.

they use JTL (Jamaican Tours Ltd.) the desk is next to Couples lounge. You should e-mail resort and let them know what flight and time you arrive. Short transfer to resort and you will love it there. We were Braco orphans and had tried CSS a couple of times but love N-Resort. Several employees are from the old Braco, great people! we are going down for Christmas and New Years. Have fun !!
