Visit your local nudist club or resort. You don't have to go to St. Martin to be nude!

I understand your reply ... but ... our club, even though only 30 minutes away and a nice place to visit ... IS NOT Orient Beach or Club O! LOL

We haven't been back to Club O since June '09. Each year since then, we've talked about it, began planning and something's come up to sink our plans. We are hell bent on getting back there next June!!!

What is Club O like in June? Is it already hot or buggy? Is June in the rainy season? Can't really afford seasonal rates. Looking at June2013.

It's warm but most days there is a breeze off the ocean that makes it more than tolerable. Besides, when you get hot ... get in the water!

I can be muggy and we have had a bug issue a couple of times but not usually. We combat the mugginess with numerous outdoor showers and burn those curly mosquito repellant things and drink plenty of wine.

You could clip one of those battery-operated repellant fans onto your uh......never mind.

We have been to Club O the end of June for the last two years - it is beautiful. The rates are lower and the people are great.

Thanks everyone for the insights! Maybe you all can answer this question too? Is it worth renting a car or just taking a cab when needed?

We ALWAYS rent a car. I don't like not having options...

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to explore all the island has to offer (or at least some of it !), you'll want to rent. If you only want to go out once or twice, a cab will suffice. We rented for our first visit in '05, but haven't since, relying on cabs from CO to Grand Case or Marigot. Frankly, I don't want to deal with driving on the island while on vacation, and cabbing it leaves us free to imbibe !

well, i checked available dates at Club O...then i checked AA for using FF miles. rude awakening! in addition to the 50K points we'd have to spend something like $660 to buy enough miles for the two of us to do the job. probably ought to do it before they go toes up and i lose the points anyway. :(
