CO places in Vegas area
      #1443007 - 09/25/12 10:39 PM (173.79.7.84)

We're going to be in Las Vegas in December and would like to know if there are any clothing optional resorts/hotels in the area where we could stay for a couple nights.

I'm not sure whether you're posting that to agree with me or disagree, but to me that is VERY cold!!

I absolutely was agreeing with you. Too cold to be nude.

Been there in December. You will freeze your butts off being nude.

Yikes ! Hadn't thought about that, for some reason thinking "desert" = "hot" but deserts CAN be cold in winter. Have to change our plans, will look for a hotel room we can be naked in Thanks.

I know where there is a nice year-around clothes free resort in the mountains of eastern West Virginia....90 minutes from Reston.

We've considered going to Avalon, but my wife wants to wait til she's fully retired out of her career. In any event, we've changed plans for December and will be staying at Terra Cotta in Palm Springs. Not exactly hot there in December but doable with sun
