No, I don't remember any jetways. I remember walking out to the plane around the building and up the stairs to the plane. Customs was in the USA unlike some places where you clear before you depart (like Aruba). Airport waiting area was really small for the number of people but I was there at a busy travel time. Lots of people standing and sitting on the floor. Only one small little place to eat after security like a hotdog type stand - but you can buy water and pasty and the like - just a long line. Several small duty free alcohol & jewelry shops
