Huge difference! The $10 bill gag doesn't involve photography of naked people, which is prohibited on Club Orient property and the adjacent beach, and which doesn't involve a deal with hidden clauses. The agreement to a drink-for-greeting deal clearly did not involve the photography, which is forbidden by explicit signage, and it did involve deception to accomplish the photography. That sounds like a scam to me.
Whatever, Reggie. It's only a scam in your mind if it involves people having their picture taken naked?? This is a fruitless discussion. I dislike the whole concept of nude people try to run scams on clothed people too.
I agree with Reggie that there is a huge difference between the two scenarios. I also honor you view Carol as far as not liking nude people "tricking" clothed people. But while both can be embarrassing, one might be seen by what 30-40 people max while the other is ILLEGAL and may be seen my who knows how many people.
