Just wondering if there are any other TTOLers who will be at Desert Sun the last of October? The Halloween party is alot of fun. Suggestions for costumes?

After my initial outrage of them not allowing families anymore, I stopped talking and thinking about them. Don't see much chatter about them in the forums much lately either.

Wife and I are thinking about going. We actually live in the area have not been to DSR since we moved here. Looking forward to another visit. We love the place.
We are pretty low key naturists however, so not sure about the disco costume thing. What kinds/types of costumes are generally worn. would we feel out of place if we decide not to participate. Does it turn in to a big party night or is relatively low key? Thanks

Last year the party was great! A variety of costumes, some elaborate, others fairly common! Some go naked, other don't. It's basically whatever one wants to wear. One guy had an Energizer bunny costume--it was great! Prizes are given for best costume, most original, etc. The party was well-attended, good music, dancing, etc. Rather low key, but a lot of fun!

The Halloween party is very tasteful - just some very clever costumes like the Energizer Bunny mentioned in another post and another couple came as M&Ms because those are their initials. I usually come nude; don't want to be bothered with thinking of a costume and just enjoy what others have come up with.
The resort is so large that if you don't want to go to the party you can be at the quiet pool or condo pool & spa or possibly even the Volleyball pool and you won't know/hear the party is going on in the NightClub.

"usually come nude"???? Part of the fun of this type of event like any other is participation! Its not only a spectators event. I would vote for no admittance without some kind of attempt to become a scary monster, even if it means being nude with a hat on! We might be there and body painting comes to mind. Anyone know where to get supplies in Palm Springs?
