Its on the road to GCBC between Spiga/Ti Coin Creole and GCBC. I can't speak about the history of the owners and only went there once and I was impressed...specifically for the value of the gourmet pizza.
My meal was a little less than your typical Grand Case meal (still much more than the lolos) whereas my wifes pizza with many vegetables (tomoatoes, artichoke, etc) I want to say was $15 and she ate half for lunch and half the next day.
They have some very French specials.....they had both a horse-based and rabbit-based special when we were there. I personally don't agree with the modern phenomenon of the horse delicacy explosion in France and would never try it.....that is unless a worker translated to English wrong it was supposed to be horseradish.
