A blogger on another post stated that she stayed at SBR this past April and noted several annoying instances. Upon checking in, a number of units were not ready for occupancy for her and several others at the front desk. Room keys were given to the "concierges" rather than to the members/renters who had to wait until they were "found". (The concierges were not the usual friendly, knowledgeable locals, having been brought in from Cancun). The blogger further stated that she couldn't locate her concierge for two hours and no one else was able to help. A second disappointment had to do with several scheduled events (Sunday beach party, Friday night meet and greet, etc.) which were canceled without notice. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" /> Anyone else staying at the resort recently have a similar experience?
