There are four (4) tropical cyclones present in the Atlantic basin. Hurricane Paulette, hurricane Sally, tropical storm Teddy and tropical storm Vicky. Based on the projected paths, these systems do not pose a direct threat to St. Maarten.
An area of disturbed weather located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic has a high (70%) chance of formation through the next 5 days.
