This Cat 5 Irma or any Cat 1, anyone who owns a plane or boat in SXM and surrounding islands ought to have a plan each year for moving out of the Hurricane Belt. Or pay the freight with Insurance. I cant see any insurance company worth a darn not taking in serious boat insurance premiums for boats in the belt. As for fixed buildings, build as strong as you can and insure what you can if you can.
