If anyone is interested, I received an email from Redweek.Com for a rental at Pelican Marina Residences Hope someone can use it. I know there are not many places to rent for those that want to go soon.. Availability for the following dates: 4/14/18 to 12/31/18 at $250.00 per night.

Stupid question--what is Pelican Marina Residences?? Is it part of Simpson Bay Resort?

Carol, I kind of wondered too but that's what the ad read. I'm thinking it's probably the Villas at Simpson Bay due to the year round price. I could be wrong but if anyone is interested, the could contact Redweek.

Yes, that is the Villas of Simpson Bay now. They were previously called the Pelican Marina Residences a few years ago.
