It is in French but has an option to translate. The full pdf file is available but the legal wording is over my head. A plan is the first thing needed to rebuild...

It is a request for public comment on the French side's new zoning plan, called the "Plan d’aménagement et de développement de Saint-Martin" (PADSM). Thank You! I knew today was the last day the public could make comments. I am glad the date was moved to give people a chance to respond. The comments legally have to be recorded and considered in final planning. The public has a few more weeks to comment. If a business or property is in the areas mentioned it should be read carefully and commented on. New Zoning and open space can mean taking property from owners for the better good of the community.

Does anyone know the plans for Orient and Club Orient? It is completely in the expanded flood zone.
