Just curious. What are the cooks and food preps doing to keep hands sanitised at the beach bars like Orient and Mullet? I don't think there is any plumbing available at those places.

On a serious not, I saw them using hand soap and water, they always bring water in a jerry cans. The guy who cooks chicken and ribs doesn’t handle the plates. He cooks food and then using the utensils pass it to the lady who actually fills up your plate. Not a five star restaurant but I have to admit that I have never heard of anybody getting food poisoning on sxm from one of those beach bars.
I got really sick after eating at the Italian restaurant in Maho that was highly recommended and reviewed by many. That was 7-8 years ago. What saved me is my stomach is very sensitive and I started feeling bad as soon a swe got back to the condo. I threw up a few times , drunk a glass of water with salt and baking soda , threw up again and that was it.
