There was a new lounge that opened in Maho, "We Lounge", and was wondering if anyone has been there and what were your impressions?

I noticed that last night as I was driving through. For those who don't know, it's located where Fig and Bananas was.

Owner Gerald Hart was one of the prior owners of Fig And Bananas with Randy Atlin before they parted ways prior to Irma.

I had dinner with Jeff Jhangiani tonight, and he said it was opened by friends of his. Opening night was last night. It's drinks only, no food. Jeff says the drinks are excellent.

I don't understand how anyone could survive on just drinks these days, especially in Maho!

I’d have to guess the rents have come down given the general state of the island and that area in particular with its rental room inventory so lacking post Irma, but I can’t imagine they could exist for long on drinks alone either. But you never know......

I think it's more of a club vibe. DJ's, dance...so drinks only would be appropriate for a late night place.

Similar to what used to be upstairs from Casino Royale....what was it? Temptation? Tantra? Cannot remember....old timers..

There was always a nice lounge there in combination to the operating restaurant at Fig and Bananas.
