We have just finalized a charter for late January 2019-any insights as to progress on construction of Saba? Curious as to whether there will be either moorings or services (fuel/water/ice) by that time. We are aware of other options in the Sound, but looking at Saba as an alternative during this busy time. I assume there is little hope for any meaningful activity at the Bitter End

My guess is that Saba will have something up and running by then, since they are already starting construction. Bitter End is definitely less likely. There are mooring balls still in place at Saba - by the time you are there and they likely have something running on shore, they will likely be maintaining them as well (hope).
