The only place I've eaten in US where I felt the kitchen was very clean was Commanders Palace in New Orleans. Maybe that's because you have to walk thru kitchen before being seated. That makes sense.

Not a kitchen issue....as has been stated MANY times the presented basket of items is at the mercy of any and all previous patrons who could have subjected said items to their bodily issues. NOTHING to do with the kitchen being appropriately clean or not Exactly
