It’s owned by Silver which is the old Gulfstream international. Their service was below Seaborne. For now Seaborne is still operated on its own certificate and no real changes. Used them last months and they were about an hour late but otherwise fine.
Seaborne has let the minimal IQ personnel run the counter and now they own it by not following the rules of the management and they get away with it. For example they won’t allow you to check in early because it will screw up the timing for the people who have a flight within the hour even though the computer automatically figures that out and its not an issue and save time in the long run.
Checked in this morning at EIS and had no issues. Flight was about 30 minutes late due to computer issues in SJU but other than that it was smooth. No issues with the counter or flight.
Flew SeaBourne as a connecting flight with Delta 2 weeks ago (ATL to EIS) with 9 hour layover at SJ Airport Hotel. Our Seabourne flight was scheduled for 0700 and was on time.
