Yes, he did develop many resorts on island. It is my understanding that he also absconded with monies leaving Pelican Resort and others up the creek....l owned at Pelican at the time.

That I don't know. Other than Peter at LaVista, pretty much any of the developers cannot be trusted.

One I would agree with. The one who developed a lot of the Maho area seems to be on the up and up.
