My antivirus is telling me the link is a malicious website. It said the site contains code to download executable files onto your computer.

As updated and confirmed with Ministry of Tourism...
We recommend Travel Insurance that covers medical and trip cancellation, although it is NOT currently required.

I haven't clicked on it, as I am afraid to. Is that supposed to be some official SXM government website?

Government tourist info page. Only place I ever get those warnings is from TTOL.

My anti-virus software doesn't have a problem with it either. Like Elaine, I get warnings about TTOL.

Just a warning for Canadians, when the EU released their list of the 15 countries they would accept travelers from, they stated they would expect reciprocity for EU citizens visiting those countries. On June 30th, Canada extended its ban on all foreign travelers till July 31st. EU travelers can not currently visit Canada. When the EU updates their list in 2 weeks, look for the EU to take Canada off their list of accepted countries. This will cause problems for St. Martin if Sint Maarten were to continue to accept Canadians.

When Canadians fly are there flights to and from SXM that don't have a connection though US airports?

Canadian Airlines flying to SXM do not connect through US airports. They all fly direct from Canada to SXM. If there is a connecting flight, it is from another Canadian airport.

If there is a connecting flight to SXM from Canada via a country other than Canada, it is on a airline that is not a Canadian Flag carrier or you are changing airlines along the way. It is pretty rare that an airline is allowed to move passengers from a country that is not part of their flag to another country that also is not part of their flag directly.

I prefer the Isle seat
