Carol, did you mean "less than 72 hours"?

So if you know it's going to take 7 days for the test to come back, you take the test 9 days before you have to go, and hopefully the results don't come back too soon!!

Got it...trying to get 9 crew test results back in a 72 hour window is really not that feasible in today's environment

I cant really see any solutions until a vaccine unfortunately bc the thought of being quarantined on the way back or worse taking up scarce BVI hospital bed space isnt good either

My daughter in law was exposed two weeks ago to a Covid positive person. She went to an Urgent Care to get tested (from her car) they told her 7 days for results but they came back in two. Bailau, as Carol says, the devil will be in the details! Darling DiL came back negative :-)

Glad to hear about your DIL, sunnykm. The first time our son got tested they said 3-4 and it was 1...this time they said 4-5 and then just said 7+

I suppose one could get tested every other day for a few days leading up to departure so at least one test would be timely

Hi all...

Yes that is our problem too--we would have to test several times to insure that our results would get to us within our 72 hour window--

And we are on the west coast with a 6am departure and not arriving to beef island until 3pm the following day (they keep changing fights on us)
Currently looking for the 15 minute test but then that may not be 'officially acceptable'!

We are trying to come in the first week of October--7 days cane garden--7 days anegada...

we will see...
