I hate to jinx it but the US Covid numbers are looking much better. If we follow the trajectory of many other countries that had high rates like France, Spain, Italy and Germany the covid situation could be vastly improved by November. G Holland and Sweden told their citizens to not wear mask and their countries are fine.

Lots of frustration out there - a pandemic was not on most people's horizon when they bought houses, yachts or any other investment, let alone the frustration of being obligated to stay at home and keep your social bubbles small. But let's us not forget that we are the lucky ones who have the wherewithal to survive this time in our lives and make the most of it as best we can.

Lots of frustration out there - a pandemic was not on most people's horizon when they bought houses, yachts or any other investment, let alone the frustration of being obligated to stay at home and keep your social bubbles small. But let's us not forget that we are the lucky ones who have the wherewithal to survive this time in our lives and make the most of it as best we can. Great perspective....
