I remember seeing a post about which COVID tests SXM will accept. I cannot find that info any longer, so if somebody can help, I’d appreciate it.

Also, is the testing time now 48, 72 or 120 hours prior to departure.

In general, for those from the US or Canada, it's 120 hours for a PCR test and 48 hours for an antigen test. All antigen tests that are approved for use in the US are acceptable, EXCEPT for at home tests.

I only recall a list that other countries use. From USA a rt-PCR test is necessary.

OK, since you are not going for a while, you should make a note of that website and check again as the time gets nearer, as they do seem to change their requirements--pretty often!!!
