always stop to see Max at Caribbean gems, found out he has relocated , but never got the chance to seem this month. will be back in March and will definitely stop in to his new location, do not recall the store but my daughter has his card

He used to be with Caribbean Gems but has gone out on his own with a partner. Myself, pat and others have mentioned him many times over the years.

He mentioned that even with 6 ships in port yesterday, business and foot traffic in town was a "disaster", as in no business.

Wendell, glad you got to talk to him. Jill talked to him a couple of weeks ago.

Wendell--good to hear from you! I hope he does well with the new store, but it's a tough time to start any business on SXM.

We visited with Max for a bit and saw his new store when on the island this month. Max was with Caribbean Gems for over 25 years and is well learned and very knowledgeable in his field. His new store is nice and is directly across the street from CG. My first loyalty will always be to CG - after 38 years of doing business with them - but I wish Max well and much success in this new venture. 🙂🙂
