The days are starting to blend together already. We did our usual walk to town with a stop at Le Cafe for some of the most delicious croissants and pastries we've ever had. I think I read somewhere that Le Cafe is owned by the previous owners of Atlantico. They have a full menu including crepes, sandwiches, eggs, coffee and pastries. I don't know if I've walked enough to eat the pastries but it's given me extra incentive to walk up and down that hill from Divi every morning.
We were chased from the beach early with the rain. No worries, we all had sufficient beach time. Dinner was at Rancho de sol. I know the place gets mixed reviews. We all enjoyed our meals--the fish pot, mahi mahi and burrito were all tasty. The passion fruit mojitos delicious too! The service and ambience were delightful. I like a place where you can go from pizza to a cheeseburger to a fish cotriade. Something for everyone.
Since it's just the four of us this year, looking at our options in Grand Case. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The girls seemed to like the idea of a soufflé for dessert. I think there is one at oceans 82.
Today is a perfect beach day. Thank you for the breeze!

Le Cottage used to do a soufflé as well. I would check first, though. We love Bistrot Caraibes. The best lobster thermidore in my opinion.
If life hands you a lemon, just squeeze it on a lobster!
