Hey folks. Curious if anyone is flying down from Newark on Thursday. If so, are you freaking out about the weather as I am?

My flight from Albany to Philly was cancelled for tomorrow.

We are rescheduled for Thursday.

Saturday shouldn't be any problem. Biggest snow is coming Wed nite into and thru Thursday.

All I know is this crap better just STOP come Sunday!!!! So over the snow.

I am trying not to freak out...but the email from United warning of cancellations just now didn't help.

My rebooked flight to Philly tomorrow is now cancelled. Flight from Philly is definitely in jeopardy. Im driving to Philly and hoping for the best. We should have drove last night as our original flight from Philly took off on time. If we don't get out tomorrow, we might not get out until Monday! Fingers are crossed.

I'm on the phone with United now. They canceled my flight out of national tonight to Newark, but the Newark flight tomorrow is still fine. So instead of putting me on an earlier flight out, they just canceled everything and bumped me a day. Uh, NO.

Stressful. Also, it's only supposed to be raining tonight, so not sure why they did anything with that flight.

Am at Newark now. After much back and forth they put me on the earlier flight out of National. Which was of course delayed. As of now the flight is on time, but the snow is starting to really come down. So fingers crossed!!

Just a horrible bad weather day- a Delta flight coming in to LGA from Atlanta just slid off the runway! Thank God - no one was injured.

Yes, Delta at LGA skidded off the runway, hit a fence and lost a wing. 135 passengers on board.

Hi everyone!! I am here, chilling with the parentals. Kudos to our pilots for a smooth takeoff right after they finished de icing our plane. Had a hard landing at SXM, but who care, we were here. The flight attendant got on the intercom and said "it wasn't me" which received a plane full of laughs.

I really cried when we stepped out of the airport. This winter has just been the worst (not as bad as boston, but awful) and I so needed to be here and have my moms johnnycakes.

Oh, it's also hella windy here. Like, Christmas wind windy.
