I'll answer to keep the thread alive as its a good question. I agree about checking with a sponsor, you will get good advice. Dutch side is a little general, maybe more info about what you like or value most, budget is always a question. A month at a ts might be difficult to arrange in Feb but? Cupecoy area might have monthly options, ocean or lagoon view, as does Maho area, also try vrbo and the variants thereof. Hotels, not so common, Sonesta's are options for true hotels, but lots of self service hotels such as Mary Boons and others - those who have know please jump in

This FAQ lists timeshare rental sites. The problem with renting a t/s for a whole month, if you're trying to stay in the same unit, is that very few of them are owned for a whole month by the same person. If you don't mind moving half way through, you should be able to find something there. Renting a hotel room for a whole month probably would be fairly expensive, as in dead high season, they may not discount it at all from the daily rate, even though it's a rental for a whole month.
