My niece will be in SXM on her first trip for her honeymoon in July and she is gluten-intolerant. Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants sensitive to that?

Many places are more cognizant of the gluten free concept now and will help you choose appropriate menu items. Pizza Galley in Simpson Bay has a pretty good GF pizza. I have not found any gluten free bread. Oh how I wish someone could create a GF croissant!! I pack a loaf of my favorite bread for emergencies.

A quick search reveals that this was briefly discussed in January and received a few suggestions:

Thanks guys. BeachKitten, I'll pass the link on to my niece. Thank you.
