Anyone on this forum staying at the Sapphire for Christmas or New Years? How are the conditions there now? Is the place fully booked?

I doubt it would be fully booked, but they will ask more per night just due to the popularity of the holiday. Not really different at all in the past few years, so if you book there, just be prepared for normal mediocrity, and that's on a good day. Still like the people there, they are also frustrated that someone will not buy it and fix the place up, as the current owner has zero inclination to do so.
