We've done private charters on Random Wind and we've also done a few trips on the Passaat. My choice would be the Passaat as their sunset sail is truly that - a sail up the coast into the setting sun with only the sounds of the ropes and the wind in the sails. A glass of wine in hand.......ah, heaven found!
Our private charters on RW were done with a previous owner but we also did their regular day trips, too, when we couldn't muster our own group to make it reasonably affordable, but back then they limited the number of guests to a max of 12 - 14 passengers. It appears they may take more passengers today though I could be mistaken about that.
Of the two, and though either would be a good choice, my personal preference would be the Passaat and particularly so on an evening with the sun setting and a full moon on the rise. It couldn't get much nicer than that.... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />
