Hello all. Happy New Years! As a courtesy to some that asked me to let them know how our SXM plans went,,we have sadly decided to wait until Jan 2017 to go to our much loved island. There are several reasons,,,mainly because exchanges are so hard to find that are suitable with very little notice. I have already started a search for a 2 bedroom in SXM for Jan 2017,,,but I already know, probs nothing will show till later in 2016. Hopefully we will be in a better position to just "wing it" and take whatever comes, within reason. So,,,that's it. Got a lot of summer vacations happening in 2016 and such, but.....still doesn't seem right not to be going to our favourite island. I was able to pay RCI 119.00 to extend my deposit until july 2017, so was thankful for that. Thanks again for all your help and suggestions and information on different places, it was much appreciated.
