The Le Grand Marche website has the hours as:
Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM
Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM

You may have to try something like Market Garden with Store Hours: 7 Days a week, 6 AM to 9 PM

As Modi said, all the GM's will be closed by then. Your choices for later on Sunday are the Maho Market and Market Garden, or I think the Simply in Marigot is open later. Or, don't deal with it at all and have Jeannie deliver you some first day supplies, and then go first thing Monday and do a big supermarket run.

We have always arrived on a Sunday up until this year and the only places open were Maho Market and Market Garden. They are suitable enough to get you through a couple of days so that you don't lose beach time your first full day there.

YES, there is the Royal Food Market located right next door.
