Elaine,

They’re all beautiful but your Saba photo is incredible. Ty for placing it here.

Thanks. Marigot looks like the Marigot of old as far as the market goes.

Actually, there's not much left of the market. All the veggie stalls are gone. This is the one truck we've seen there selling produce, spices etc. Now that the ships are coming back there are a few paces on the circle open, but have not seen more than a dozen. The fish market and butcher are open! Scored a 3 kilo leg of goat yesterday!!!!!

Agree with Pat, that photo of Saba is something!!! handshake Was Layla's open before the hurricane? I thought it was closed when we were there in June 2017.

The Marigot market shot reminds me of our earliest visits - you never knew who or what you might see there. The stalls were a nice post Speed addition but one more nail in the coffin of the Island of days of yore!

I agree with Linda. That photo should be theirs and theirs alone! Unless they opt to share it, that is.....

My favorite dish while in St. Martin. I pay one of the housekeepers at LaVista Beach, an excellent cook,to make me a big pot of "curry goat" every year.
