Maho beach

Big waves at Maho beach.

The front loader not able to keep up with sand washing onto road. Vehicles using one lane in & out. Except for the one car that couldn't figure out why they were in his lane coming toward him so he went in the lane with all the sand going the wrong way.🤔
It will be interesting later as it isn't high tide yet!

just watching this. Did you see that white car get stuck in the sand and the locals push the car for him and he managed to get out. Can't believe there is nobody in authority blocking the cars off both ways as soon at this rate both sides will be flooded. Mind you, always felt that area is another terrible accident just waiting to happen but its also a major tourist sight seeing venue.

Just tried to watch Sunset webcam and got some weird error message, 403 unauthorized..

Try again. Was just on it. Water in roadway.

Same problem. Some issue with my computer or my connection, which is sh*tty.

Looks like the concern over lack of sand there is no longer a problem.

Carol, i have had the same message for several weeks now, saying 403 unauthorized and Flussonic Streamer protection system doesn't allow you to watch this content. It worked on my work computer, then got the same message for a couple days and is now working again, but still not at home. I'm curious if anyone here knows what the answer to fix it is. I'm not super techie, but i did Google it, and it says something about finding a crack.

Today is the first time I've noticed it here, although I don't normally try to do any streaming here, because my connection stinks.

One reason why I have no interest in staying at Beachside Villas. Apologies to those who love it.

OK, I do not consider that should be any factor at all, but everyone is different.

Does anyone know if sand has returned to Cupecoy as well?

With the high seas yesterday it was gone. May have come back today, you never know.

Dany just posted a picture on FB of Baby beach, lots of sand, but waves going up to the rocks.
