Beach is coming back!

Maho is filling with sand again. I think.

It definitely is, and right out into the road! It looked like a van was stuck in it yesterday.

Crazy waves yesterday! Today, the sea looks very calm, but I can hear crashing waves on the beach. The lagoon is like glass as there is no breeze.

And the Back Hoe just left after clearing the sand from the road.

Waves from Teddy were predicted to hit the islands, Probably the cause of the surf.

It looks to me that the rocks adjacent to the road may have been put there originally to support and protect the road. It is nice when the sand covers the rocks, but not so nice otherwise. Necessary , i suppose. Creates a bit of havoc for the Indian fellow who places and rents out the beach umbrellas and chairs. He may be one of the owners of SSBB.

Where does the sand go for a month and a half?

He works for Sunset .

The road is being flooded with sand once again. The Back Hoe just left.

It was in quarantine.
