I believe that is known now as the Atrium.

That place was called The Pelican. It now called Simpson Bay Resort And Marina. Your photo is the Flamboyant Building.

Simpson Bay Resort and Marina. It's right next to Flamingo and shares same beach.

We own in that building. Simpson Bay Resort. Flamboyant Building.
