EHAS Application

EHAS Application - 10/30/2021 12:33 PM

I just tried to fill out the EHAS form with just the Vaccination card.
IT DIDN'T work!!!

Does anyone have the EHAS telephone number, so we can inquire about this.
I guess we will still have to send test results!!!

We leave on November 2nd and it is the 3 day time frame.

Instead of Test Results try uploading a pdf that says Fully Vaccinated and see what happens

We both did--waiting to see if it's approved.
Thank-you

Thanks Carole, I'll wait a bit, since someone did get approved by Sending another copy of Vaccine card and saying
fully approved in blanks.

Just out of curiosity, what format did you use for the vaccination card that was submitted? pdf? jpeg? We travel on November 6 and I’m wondering if there is a specific file type they require when submitting the vax card.

Re: EHAS Application - 10/30/2021 07:56 PM

was it within 3 days of travel??
Posted By: The_Lurker

Re: EHAS Application - 10/30/2021 07:57 PM

We both were approved with the vaccination card.
You have to put a date, I used todays, and pick a type of test, then you put N/A fully vaccinated in location and lab slots .
I then uploaded another copy of vaccine card, where lab results were asked for, and it went through.

Everything was approved within a hour and a half!!

Sorry for delay....

Used PDF and the card was uploaded twice--once for vaccination and then in place of test results.

I'm sorry, but we have a direct flight.
It is probably the same flight, you would use, if you had to test.
I'm sure people with connecting flights would know more about that.

I think it was easy, after we realized we had to do our best on a few of the questions.

Carol, it will be easier after the site becomes more user friendly.
Probably after the 1st------who knows.

Terri

Thanks for the outline. We tried it today with just our Vax cards and it worked like a charm. Both Jan and I were approved in 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday evening.

- I used Jpeg for my application and used PDFs for Jan’s. Both worked fine.

- We have a connection in Miami, but I used our originating location (BOS) as our departure location and that worked fine.

- We are within 3 days of travel

Many thanks

Ted

P. S. For those of you in the Boston area, Janice and I used the free CIC Health location in Lowell today for our PCR test. Test was done at 12:30 PM, results (both negative) in our mailboxes at 10:30 PM. (Your timing may vary)

CIC Health has multiple locations in Mass and I think that Fall River is also free (But check on that). They do their processing at the Broad Institute in Kendal Square Cambridge and they also have a testing location in Kendal Square.

We already had EHAS approval by the time we got PCR test results so we didn't use the PCR results
in the application

If you are serious-----Vaccine Card
Posted By: Carol_Hill

Re: EHAS Application - 10/31/2021 12:12 PM

That was a serious question, yes. So, that is what people are doing, uploading another copy of the vaccine card?

I put the departure flight to SXM. It was NOT my initial departure flight and had no problem doing it that way.

Re: EHAS Application - 10/31/2021 11:32 PM

Just did ours today for our Wednesday departure. Uploaded the vax card twice since they asked if we had the booster (we did). Got the approvals in about 2 hours.
Posted By: SXMScubaman

Re: EHAS Application - 11/01/2021 12:30 AM

Didn't your card show the booster too?
Posted By: Kathleen

Re: EHAS Application - 11/01/2021 12:36 AM

Yes, but they asked first for proof of vaccine, then they asked if you had the booster and had you upload proof of that which was the same card
Posted By: SXMScubaman

Re: EHAS Application - 11/01/2021 03:29 AM

Strange as the original card you uploaded would show the booster too.

Only had to upload proof of vaccine once. Now when you click fully vaccinated the test options go away.

Just playing the waiting game now. Got 2 confirmations that EHAS is submitted and 2 confirmations that insurance payment has been made. C'mon just two more emails please!

If you are fully vaccinated are they still limiting you to three days before your flight with the application?

Re: EHAS Application - 11/03/2021 04:18 PM

Ugh. Got one approval back in about an hour. Two hours now and nothing on the first submitted EHAS.

I used the same email and same credit card for both. Just guessing, but, anybody get any hang ups for using the same email for multiple EHAS?

NEVERMIND - Second one just popped up in email. Submitted 5 minutes apart. One approved in 1 hour. The second approved after 2 hours.
