Friday, March 4. I think. We're now on island time and loosing track of time. Ahhh.

Pretty quiet day yesterday. Normal breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Lots of good pool time, not many clouds and a nice breeze.

Happy hour on the balcony. During Happy Hour it rained hard for a quiet a while. No sunset. I fixed Shrimp Creole with Brown Rice and Grains for our supper. Salad too.
After supper we watched one of favorite old movies, "While You Were Sleeping " while eating rhum raisin ice cream and Gran Mariner.

These reports are getting shorter because we're doing the same things most days. Such is vacation life in SXM!

I think I need to have you guys adopt me, as the meals that you fix look awesome!! Enjoy!!

Thanks Carol. Cooking is my favorite hobby. At home I have a Wolf range.

We followed that movie with "The Devil Wears Prada".

Yikes!! That's some serious cooking machine!! Now, I REALLY want to be adopted!!
