Pinel occupancy permits. - 06/21/2022 08:16 PM
The Pinel occupancy permits have been extended through December 31, 2022. New bids are being accepted for new occupancy permits and must be submitted by 5 September 2022. Bidders may be the existing businesses on Pinel or new entities. The new occupancy permits will run for 6 years and become effective January 1, 2023.

bdeeley--You know, this is a pretty big deal to just "accept your word", on something like this. People post things all the time based on what they read on Facebook or whatever. Wanting to verify the information is just prudent.

We were on Pinel last week, June 20, Pesch, with Karibuni told us it was all bull Sh.. they were going to continue to fight it.
We had a great time while we were there. the Yellow Beach bar was closed that day. Great Ribs too
