Is there any realistic guesstimate as to when they will be installed and operable?

There probably is a guesstimate.......but not sure you could describe it as realistic. Sorry.....I know that doesn't answer your question.

There are at least 3 close to the terminal, might have been more.

I agree...I would think the upstairs arrivals has to be completed before use

I would bet by the end of June, I don't see them leaving the items out there for long.

Maybe installed but not functional until 2024 sometime.

Driving by the airport at night and looking through thee upper windows it looks like a LOT of work yet to be done.

I would just like to note my prediction may not be that far off!

Leagle--Yes, that's the rub, upper level of the airport is nowhere near ready. As I noted earlier in the other thread, there is an open tender until May 1, for restaurants, concessions, etc. upstairs. Not sure how long after May 1 before the bids will even be finalized.

Installed yes. Funtional no.
