there aren't many nav aides on the bay, if you see a pole sticking out of the water at high tide it may be marking rocks like these which are only visible at low tide

Not a marine chart but it gives a good idea of the area we covered in 10 days. We started in the upper left corner at the marina, then headed southeast to the spot marked with a 1. From there we went north to the spot marked with a 2 and then continued clockwise around the bay.

This is a video showing the tidal current, Skyelark is anchored (she carries 100 meters of heavy chain rode), the dingy is tied to the boat and the flow you see is just the tidal current. If anyone is going to swim fronm the boat have the dingy ready to go in case they get swept away.
