Has anyone used this website or chartered a boat with them? Any info is appreciated.

They appear to be a large brokerage operation and not a charter company. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. If they have local knowledge they often know more about specific boats than the companies with main offices. But if no boots on the ground, find a local broker for the area you want to charter.
