How much lead time do you need when calling Kevin or Stanley to make a reservation, a day a week???

Kevin has always asked us to remind him a day before.

Day prior and I send a quick text after flight pushes back.

Same here. I text him info in advance and always follow-up with Kevin day before (and certainly if any flight delays). Always Superb!
