Heading to the BVI

I finally got a good weather window and departed from Norfolk, VA to the Caribbean and hope to be in the BVI in a week. If anyone is interested, I've got a SPOT tracker set up that shows my progress at SPOT Tracker / SpotWalla map

Heard from Arndt..he is safe and sound cruising along in the Mid Atlantic...

Great news.

Maybe he will find a coffee shop mid Atlantic.

I’m sure he could use a nice latte.

He has that onboard..believe me! Never been on a better equipped boat than "Zanshin"..

He's made a course adjustment today....where's he headed to?

This morning the box that shows his coordinates, speed and heading had a note at the bottom that said he was turning south to avoid a storm that was coming toward him from the west. It looks like he turned due south and then a little bit westward to get out of the bad weather. Later in the day he resumed his course going south southeast.

Looks like he's trucking along nicely..cant wait to see him and his lovely boat back in great shape..she certainly took a beating thanks to Irma.

Arndt is here and we enjoyed a great evening at " Omar's Fusion". He is a little battered and bruised but happy to be back in our beloved BVI's..we'll be breakfasting again at "Omar's Fusion" at 10 if anyone is around and wants to join us..Mimosas!!!!!
