My BVI based spouse and I (I live in Europe) have agreed to apply for a divorce in the BVI on agreed terms. I need a BVI divorce lawyer to represent me and to provide local advice concerning the terms of our agreement. Does anyone have recommendations of local family lawyers? Many thanks.
