The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 127 Public Health (Covid-19 Control and Suppression Measures) (No.4) (Amendment) (No. 10) Order, 2021, and Statutory Instrument No. 128 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 15) (Revocation) Order, 2021, are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/. These documents were published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 106 dated 15th October, 2021.

The public is asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 127, there shall be no restrictions on gatherings, except in the case of an event. Organisers of an event and the proprietors of the premises hosting the event shall ensure that the physical distancing protocols and sanitisation measures are adhered to and that attendance at the event is restricted to no more than one person per nine square feet.

The public is also asked to take note that under this Statutory Instrument No. 128, that S.I. No. 123 Imposition of a Curfew Order (No. 15), 2021 is now revoked.
