Testing at Sunsail base?

I was chatting with Sunsail about a couple features on our upcoming charter, and she mentioned that they now have personnel at the base to perform your exit testing at the base. Anyone seen/used this?

Have not personally seen it but was told this was the case by our guy on island.

That would be a right big deal for you guys!
