Scopolamine patches require a prescription, at least in the US:

Amazon sells some motion sickness patches -- it looks like they contain herbal ingredients.

Dan cheers

I have found over the years that anything that has ginger in stops sea sickness. You can buy ginger tabs, ginger ale, ginger snaps etc

We just returned from an 11 day trip. My wife uses the ginger tablets from "The Ginger People". Gets them on Amazon, but I saw them in a few shops in BVI. She no longer gets sick since she started taking them probably 5 or 6 trips ago.

On a similar note …we have sailed in BVI for many years in all kinds of weather and I have been lucky enough to never get sea sick

We are headed to central /South America -doing a two week Panama Canal cruise in January( bucket list item for Captain Ward) large ship.

Should I be worried ? Cruise virgin here
