Another loss of vessel in the Virgin Islands over last weekend - this was not a charter boat but a personal private vessel.

Wow, Mr De La Uz leaves his daughters aboard.
And stiffs Sea Tow's bill for saving his daughters and recovering floating objects.
I give Mr De La Uz one loud Neigh for being a Horses rear end.

I wonder how many of his party will " go boating" with him again after their trip back in the 25 foot Zodiac?
