A Few Hours on St Thomas

A Few Hours on St Thomas - 12/12/2017 02:54 AM

Hey y'all, after I'm sure an awesome week on Anegada we land at STT 9:30am and our flight back to the states leaves at 3:00pm. Do any of you have a recommendation of where to hang out for a few hours? Preferably a place that serves adult beverages and not too far from STT. Thanks!

If your travels are in December, I would say taxi the 2 miles to Hook, Line and Sinker Restaurant at Frenchtown Marina. Very good food and nice bar with waterfront views.

Emerald Beach Resort says they will open in January so that becomes a closer option.

Do I trust the opinion of a UM fan? I believe this time I will have to. Thank you both for the recommendation.

We had a few hours to kill on STT before a flight and hung out at Emerald Beach Resort. The drinks and food were great plus being right on the beach, the view was amazing. From there we just walked to the airport. Happy travels!

Second that one too! Rather than doing our usual same-day race from the boat to the airport, in June we stayed our last night at Emerald Beach. It has a very nice pool, and a beautiful beach, to go with the good food and drink. A very relaxing way to end a bareboat vacation.

Of course without luggage, it's probably close to a mile <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/toast.gif" alt="" />

2017-12-22 EB Website: “Pool and Beach Bar closed until February 1st, 2018.” “Now Open and Bookable with limited amenities”.

NDFANINNC: Guess it depends on when you are going.
